Gooey Rolo Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Ghirardelli Chocolate Double Chocolate Brownie Mix (18 oz)
- 16 Rolos (Rolo 4 Pack – 208g)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius), following the instructions on the Ghirardelli Brownie Mix package.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring that it covers the bottom and sides of the dish. This will make it easier to lift the brownies out of the dish once they’re done.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions provided on the Ghirardelli Brownie Mix box. This usually involves mixing the brownie mix with eggs, oil, and water until well combined and smooth.
- Pour Batter: Once the batter is ready, pour it into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
