Cheeseburger French Fry Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 cups frozen French fries
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain fat, then stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Spread mixture in a baking dish. Top with fries and cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until fries are golden and cheese is bubbly.
